3656985 - MB* transactions: Missing header and item-level columns in MB51 after new layout modification in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

If one of the MB* transaction codes are used with the Display Option set to Hierarchy List and create a new layout from a existing one (Save As), any further modifications on this new layout (specially adding or removing columns) results in some header-level and item-level items to be not displayed after saving the changes.
