Symptom

Termination date is not updated on the offboarding task cards, when the Termination date is updated on Employee Central.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Offboarding Dashboard
  2. Find a candidate that had the termination date updated
  3. The termination Date is correct
  4. Go to the homepage.
  5. Check an Offboarding card, the termination date is incorrect

Cause

Resolution

This is a known issue, the termination date is not updating on the cards, after it is updated on Employee Central.

Engineering Team is aware and the code fix is targeted to the 2H2025 release.
