3657065 - Time Account Balances and Upcoming Time Off in Latest People Profile

Symptom

In the Latest People Profile, the first four time accounts are being displayed in the Time Account Balances and Upcoming Time Off section, despite the employee having more than four. To see more, the user needs to navigate to Time Off (ESS) or Administer Time (On Behalf).

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Latest People Profile;
  2. Go to the Time Account Balances or Upcoming Time Off section;
  3. Observe that only four time account balances are displayed.

Cause

Currently, this is expected behavior in Latest People Profile.

Resolution

  • As per the standard design, the Time Account Balance card displays a maximum of four time account balances.

  • The balances are displayed based on the Time Account Name and Bookable Start Date.

  • To view all available time account balances, users can navigate to either the Time Off ESS UI or the Time Admin Workbench.

  • An enhancement request (TIM-46152) has been raised to improve the Time Account Balance view and allow additional time account balances to be displayed.

  • At present, there is no confirmed release date for this enhancement.
