3657080 - SAP Joule Icon Does Not Appear in the SAP S4 HANA Cloud Public Edition After Configuration Has Been Completed

Symptom

After configuring Joule by following the blog Joule in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition - Setup Guide, the Joule Icon (diamond icon) does not appear in the S4 HANA Public Cloud. This can happen even if Joule icon is visible in a different system from the same Formation.
