3657126 - How to hide Template ID field during New Hire Data Review (NHDR) step? - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Unable to hide Template ID field during the New Hire Data Review (NHDR) step.
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP) are not found to have ability to hide the Template ID field.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors system with support access.
  2. Locate a new hire in the NHDR step.
  3. Observe that the Template ID field is visible and cannot be hidden.

Cause

There is no Role-Based Permissions (RBP) available in to hide Template ID field.

Resolution

As of now, there is no way to hide Template ID during NHDR step.

Please make an Enhancement Request in the Customer Community for consideration, if this is an important feature/function you would like to see made in Onboarding in a future release.
