3657143 - Unable to use Joule in SAP BTP Cockpit

Symptom

  • Joule for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Administration is not working correctly in the SAP BTP cockpit. The error message displayed is: "Processing Error" and "The service is currently unavailable. Please reload or contact your administrator."  
  • Crucially, when checking the console logs for this request, it returns the following:
    WebSocket connection to 'wss://btp-agent-joule-subscriber-live.eu10.sapdas.cloud.sap/api/protected/connect-ws/clientapi/ws' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403
