3657157 - Incorrect display of "general display name" in to-do list for Performance Reviews

Symptom

  • The "General Display Name" is not displayed correctly in the To-Do list for Performance Reviews.
  • The name format on the To-Do list item appears as `{First Name} {Second Last Name} {Last Name}` instead of adhering to the configured "General Display Name" setting.
  • The correct name format is displayed elsewhere, such as on the Form and the "For You Today" card.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the To-Do panel.
  2. Select "Review Performance" from the available tasks.
  3. Observe the employee name displayed in the format `{First Name} {Second Last Name} {Last Name}`, which does not align with the configured "General Display Name" setting for the legal entity.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release (b2605).
