SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
In the Latest People Profile, the Contact Information fields display as Phone then Email in view mode but switch to Email then Phone in edit mode, unlike the Legacy People Profile where the order remains consistent.

- Contact Information
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the latest People Profile
- Find the Contact Information section
- Check the field order: Phone appears first, then Email
- Click on View All
- Check the field order again: Email appears first, then Phone
Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
- The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
