3657315 - MRP live is not planning materials from S/4 side

Symptom

Materials in S/4 side are to be planned through MRP live, the MRP type is set as PD, but no planned orders are generated after running MRP live for materials. The "Advanced Planning" setting is grayed out and can't be deactivated.
