3657366 - Cannot display Backup Server Log in AMC - SAP ASE

In AMC, when trying to browse Backup Server Log, the following error is seen;

• You are not authorized to perform this action. You need at least one of the following privileges: Manage Server

From AMC log displayed at terminal (if not running backup server):

--- [nio-8080-exec-6] c.s.a.n.b.BackupServerRepository         : Can not open connection to backup server, It may not be running!

com.sap.ase.nanna.ApplicationException: StatementCallback; uncategorized SQLException for SQL [SYB_BACKUP...sp_bsinfo 'process_id']; SQL state [ZZZZZ]; error code [7205]; Can't open a connection to site 'SYB_BACKUP'. See the error log file in the ASE boot directory.

From AMC log displayed at terminal (with backup server running):

 ERROR 3580 --- [nio-8080-exec-3] com.sap.ase.nanna.OlingoErrorProcessor   : Error in processing request
