3657398 - Preview report options are not working in Plateau Report Designer tool

After importing the custom report into the Plateau Report Designer tool (PRD), the user is unable to preview the report and encounters an error message: 

• "HTTP ERROR: 500. Problem accessing /viewer/frameset. Reason: Server Error. Powered by Jetty."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access the Plateau Report Design tool >
2. Import custom report >
3. Select 'Run' > View Report > Choose the available options >
4. Observe an error in the browser stating: "HTTP ERROR: 500. Problem accessing /viewer/frameset. Reason: Server Error. Powered by Jetty".

The issue is related to Java and occurs specifically with custom reports' preview in the browser from the PRD tool.

This issue falls outside the scope of our support, as it pertains to a custom reports' preview in the browser from the PRD tool, rather than the Learning Management System application.

To address this scenario, we recommend the following options:

• You can still build the report in PRD and import it into Learning Administration, even if the preview functionality does not work for reports.
