3657424 - Error message in Integration Center when trying to extract 360 form data using FormHeader entity

Integration Center throws an error message in Integration's Preview when 360 specific data is fetched through 'FormHeader' entity.

Error message:

[COE0018]You do not have permission to access the form data

Code: COE_GENERAL_BAD_REQUEST

Status: Bad Request

Status Code: 400

SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center

1. Open Integration Center.
2. Click on My Integrations:
   
3. Start Creating an integration by clicking '+Create' -> 'Scheduled Simple File Output Integration':
   
4. Search for 'FormHeader' entity, and click on it:
   
5. Mark 'formDataId Int64' and click 'Select':
   
6. Click on 'Configure Fields' -> '+Add' -> '+Add Field':
   
7. Add 'formTemplateType' entity:
   
8. Then again click '+Add' -> '+Add Field' and select 'formContents' -> 'form360ReviewContentDetail' -> 'formTitle':
   
9. Upon adding, a message will come up. Click on 'Yes'.
   
10. See that when 360 type is listed first in the Preview, there is no error message (if the original sorting in the 'formTemplateType' field is 'Sort by Descending' then the message will show up, as it will load form details other than 360 first):
    
11. Click on 'formTemplateType' -> 'Sort Ascending' or 'Sort Descending' (depending on the original settings), in this scenario 'Sort Descending' was selected
    
12. See the error message:
    

When 360 specific field is added and any of the other added fields fetch data for Performance, Compensation or other types of forms that are not 360, the error message will show up in the Preview, as Integration Center cannot pull 360 specific data for other types of forms.

Set 360 specific filters or a sorting in the added fields that will allow 360 data to show up first in the Preview.
