• While executing transaction VL01N (Create Outbound Delivery with Order Reference) error UKM_PI008 "Error when calling Credit Management : Technical Error
  is given
• Checking the logs via transaction SRT_UTIL, the error 'SSL certificate not trusted (ICM_HTTP_SSL_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED) '
• Cross checking the ICM (Internet Communication Manager) log the error  "SSL_read() failed (536872221/0x2000051d) => 'Failed to verify peer certificate. Peer not trusted.'"
  message is given
• in the ICM log it is seen that the system initiates an internal https call using the SAPSSLC.pse (SSL Client Standard PSE folder in transaction STRUST) which 
  rejects the thirdy party issued SSL certificate of the SSL Server Standard PSE (SAPSSLS.pse) as there is missing trust anchor Root Certificate Authority (CA) certificate 
  missing in the certificate list of the SAP SSL Client Standard PSE folder certificate list
