Symptom

  • Unable to access source data in Process Intelligence.
  • Error message: "You don't have any permissions to view this."

Environment

SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to access the repository or process data pipelines in SAP Process Intelligence.
  2. Observe the error message indicating lack of permissions.

Cause

The issue was caused by insufficient access permissions for the repository features in the Collaboration Hub settings.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Collaboration Hub.
  2. Go to "Settings" > "Access Management".
  3. Enable the required access for the repository.
  4. Verify that the user now has the necessary permissions to access the repository.
