3657586 - Onboardee user cannot login into SuccessFactors: 'Invalid user or password' message is thrown in the attempt

Onboardee user encounters "Invalid user or password" error message when attempting to log in, even after reseting password.

SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Attempt to log in through IAS or basic authentication as Onboardee user
2. Enter the username and password provided for Onboardee.
3. Observe the "Invalid user or password" error message, and the redirection back to the login page.

The issue was caused by a missing table/view in the database schema, as indicated by the error logs.

If you identify this behavior while login-in, kindly raise an incident directed to LOD-SF-PLT-JOBS.

From Product Support side, we will check internal logs and run a backend job to resolve the behavior. Product Support, please check Internal Memo for further details.

1. The resolution required running the "Check External Schema Global Job" to address the missing table/view in the database schema.
2. After the job is executed, the login issue should be resolved and Onboardee whould be able to login successfully.
