Symptom
- Predictive capabilities are not calculating the "Predicted Days Until Limit Is Exceeded" for a customer credit account.
- The system displays "Prediction not allowed" when attempting to calculate the prediction.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the predictive capabilities function in SAP Credit Management.
- Enter the segment for "days prior to exceeding the limit."
- Attempt to display the "base date for days until limit exceeded" and "predicted days until limit exceeded."
- Observe that the system displays "Prediction not allowed."
Cause
The predictive capabilities require the activation of scope item 1QM.
Resolution
- Activate the scope item 1QM in the SAP Credit Management solution.
- Ensure that sufficient data is available to meet the requirements for predictive calculations.
