3657597 - Predictive capabilities not calculating "Predicted Days Until Limit Is Exceeded" in SAP Credit Management

• Predictive capabilities are not calculating the "Predicted Days Until Limit Is Exceeded" for a customer credit account.
• The system displays "Prediction not allowed" when attempting to calculate the prediction.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the predictive capabilities function in SAP Credit Management.
2. Enter the segment for "days prior to exceeding the limit."
3. Attempt to display the "base date for days until limit exceeded" and "predicted days until limit exceeded."
4. Observe that the system displays "Prediction not allowed."

The predictive capabilities require the activation of scope item 1QM.

1. Activate the scope item 1QM in the SAP Credit Management solution.
2. Ensure that sufficient data is available to meet the requirements for predictive calculations.
