3657601 - ALV Layout - 'Crystal Reports' still can be chosen when changing layout after uninstallation of crystal reports

After uninstalling SAP Crystal Reports from backend systems, Crystal Report layouts still appear as a preferred view option when changing layout in ALV. 

Selecting a Crystal Report layout results in the error message: 'Crystal reports not installed on your system' or 'Crystal reports are deactivated on your system'

Attempts to delete the Crystal Report Layouts using transaction SALV_CRL result in the error: 'Selected Crystal report belongs to SAP and cannot be deleted.'
