Symptom

When the user executes the Sign Inv function (Sign/Encrypt XML Invoice — Shift+F12) in transaction RPFIKZ_REGINV (Outgoing Invoice Journal — Kazakhstan) for a selected invoice, the action fails and the following error is shown in the Application Log:
