3657660 - KBA: No change documents available for the preference properties

Symptom

In app 'Manage Products' or transaction '/SAPSLL/PRODUCT_02' when changing the preference properties, there are no change documents being written.

If you change agreement-specific properties on the "Preference Properties" tab or preference conditions in the product master, the system does not display them in the display of the change documents.
