When scheduling a job on SuccessFactors, as a job owner, can I disable the job status notifications?
Environment
SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Resolution
After 2H2025 release, if a job owner chooses not to receive emails, the system will respect this preference and stop sending emails related to job start, completion, or failure.
To benefit from this feature after the release, job owners must configure their personal settings to opt-out of receiving non-system emails as per steps below:
- Go to SuccessFactors Settings
- Notifications
- Choose the option "No, don’t send me email notifications"
- Save
Then the job owner will not receive the notifications related to the scheduled jobs.
Notes:
- This setting doesn't affect additional recipients; if a job owner's email is listed as an additional recipient, emails are sent to that address.
- Also, this enhancement is specifically for job owners and applies only to non-system jobs.
