Symptom

There is no job template "Cash Application: Automatic Bank Statement Reprocessing" in the app "Schedule Accounts Receivable Jobs".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the "Schedule Accounts Receivable Jobs" app.
  2. Click on 'Create' and attempt to find the job template "Cash Application: Automatic Bank Statement Reprocessing".
  3. Observe that the job template is not available.

Cause

The job template "Cash Application: Automatic Bank Statement Reprocessing" requires a license for Cash Application Integration (1MV). 

Resolution

Activate the relevant scope item 1MV (Cash Application Integration).
After activation, verify if the job template "Cash Application: Automatic Bank Statement Reprocessing" is available in the "Schedule Accounts Receivable Jobs" app.
