3657914 - Ingesting a specific field from an external source is not updating existing customers or groups in SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) but other fields are updated.

Symptom

  • When ingesting existing profiles/groups from a source (e.g.: S/4HANA) to SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), a specific field (e.g.: sales office field is not updated) but other fields such as `name` are updated successfully for existing profiles/groups.
  • Monitoring does not show any errors.
  • For new profiles/groups, the field is updated successfully.
