3657926 - FPM3/FPVC: missing logging functionality for FI-CA dunning reversals

• When reversing a dunning run via transaction FPM3 or FPVC, the system does not log the user who performed the action or the timestamp of the action.
• After cancellation, the dunning history does not display the details of the user or the time of the cancellation.
