3658029 - How to delete / create inspection type in material master using BAPI and with change log?

Symptom

There is the need to delete / create inspection type in the material master QM view. A standard BAPI is required for this activity.

The changes should be visible in the material master change log (transaction MM04 or via menu from MM02).
