3658045 - Autoflow for "Responsible for Account" recipient is not triggered when Owner is not maintained in Account header

Symptom

An Autoflow with "Responsible for Account" recipient is not triggered when the Account Owner name is not maintained in the Owner field of the Account header, even though an "Employee Responsible - Sales" is maintained in the Account Team as sales area dependent.

The notification is triggered successfully when the Account Owner is maintained in the header section.
