3658055 - After implementation of SAP Note 3610322, facing syntax error for program ADBC_QUERY

After implementation of SAP Note 3610322, ADBC_QUERY is having the following syntax error:

SE38 > ADBC_QUERY > Check

Program ADBC_QUERY
You can only omit the parameter name if the method only has a
non-optional IMPORTING parameter or an optional IMPORTING parameter
That is identified by "Preferred PARAMETER" by "PREFERRED PARAMETER".

Or

The parameter name can be omitted only if the method has only one

non-optional IMPORTING parameter or one optional IMPORTING parameter

identified by "PREFERRED PARAMETER". by "PREFERRED PARAMETER".

Also, if checking SAP Note 3610322 in transaction SNOTE, it shows the implementation state of 'Incompletely implemented'.
