Symptom

Custom task is not visible on home page even if the task is properly assigned to the correct group of offboardees and permissions already granted

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create the tile
  2. Select the desired group of offboardees
  3. Upon offboardee tries to see tile on home page nothing is visible

Cause

The tile/task was not marked as mandatory/required.

Resolution

If tile is not marked as required/mandatory BizX won't be able to generate the tile.
