Symptom

  • The upgrade was stuck with the following error message: "Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: import.jmigmon.properties (error 13 - Permission denied)"
  • The control file 'import.jmigmon.properties' was missing due to insufficient file permissions.
  • Error messages included:
  • "com.sap.inst.jmigmon.exception.JConfigLoadException: The control file 'import.jmigmon.properties' is missing!"
  • "Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: import.jmigmon.properties (error 13 - Permission denied)"
  • "Error occurred while loading the configuration."
