3658207 - Delta load based on 2LIS* datasources brings zero records

While running delta load based on 2LIS* datasources in a short interval between the collective run jobs zero records is shown.

When you execute a delta load for LO Cockpit (2LIS*) DataSources within a short time window between two LO collective-run jobs, the load returns zero records. The collective-run job is responsible for moving new postings from the application/update queues into the RSA7 or ODQMON delta queue.
