3658274 - Error when importing pay component recurring records for Higher Duty assignments - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Symptom

  • Error message: "Unable to find a CompInfo record matching the time slice of this PayComponentRecurring record. Review the data and try again."
  • Issue occurs when importing Pay Component Recurring (PCR) records for employees classified under Higher Duties Assignments (HDA).
  • Compensation Information import succeeds, but subsequent PCR import fails.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Import Compensation Information successfully using the provided file.
  2. Attempt to import Pay Component Recurring (PCR) records using the subsequent file.
  3. Observe the error message: "Unable to find a CompInfo record matching the time slice of this PayComponentRecurring record."

Cause

This is a code issue.

Resolution

Engineering has confirmed the code fix, which is available on 1H2026 release.
