3658333 - "Schema /error must be array" Error Into External Hooks Logs

Symptom

After implementing an external hook, you can see the following error when saving or changing an object instance:

  • Custom Logic Error: FAILED_PRECONDITION: Error: An error occurred while parsing response data for external post-hook in XYZ. Contact your administrator with log ID 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.

When accessing the Logs into the Extensibility Administration, you can see the following error:

  • Schema/info/0 must be array
  • Schema/error/0 must be array
