Symptom

Requirement to synchronize transports between Test Tenant (100) and Parallel Test Tenant (120).
No transport path configured between the Test Tenant and the Parallel Test Tenant.

Resolution

It is not possible to perform transport synchronization between the Parallel Test Tenant and the Test Tenant.

As outlined in the document, System Landscape with a Parallel Line no transport path configured between the Test Tenant(100) and the Parallel Test Tenant(120).
