3658372 - In Collaboration Hub, attribute overlays are displaying "There are no values for this attribute"

1. In Process Manager, you have "Attribute visualization" set up, in Collaboration Hub you have the "Overlays visibility" set to "Visible" or "Visible and active" for the same attribute visualization.
2. In the Diagram page in Collaboration Hub, you have the "Overlays" for the desired visualization checked, the icons can be seen for the attribute visualization but when hovered over, the message "There are no values for this attribute" is displayed when you are expecting a value.

• SAP Signavio Process Manager
• SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub

1. In Process Manager go to Setup -> Manage attribute visualization and check that "Show Details" is checked, and in the "Rules", check which "Property" the rule is for.
2. In Collaboration Hub go to Settings -> Attribute visibility -> Change the Level from Diagram attributes to Element attributes.
3. Find the attribute listed in the "Rules" above and ensure it is set to "Visible" or "Visible if set" (Can't find the attribute, go to "Attribute groups" and ensure there are no groups or the attribute is in a group, it won't be seen if it is in "Ungrouped attributes" if there are groups being used, repeat step 3)
