3658407 - Unable to Edit Fields in Power of Attorney App After Approval

Symptom

• Users cannot edit most fields in a Power of Attorney (POA) after it has been created and approved in the "Manage Power of Attorney" app.

• Only the "Valid To Date" field is editable, while other fields remain locked.

• Expected behavior: Users should have the ability to modify applicable fields in the POA after creation or approval.
