3658520 - Error M7234 -Pipeline/consignment movement posted without value - How to change from Error to Warning message for specific user

Symptom

Trying to posting consignment stock with small stock value, nearly equals to 0, the message M7234 -Pipeline/consignment movement posted without value popped up as an error.

The user wanted to clear the stock to 0. However, the value of the stock is too small, so the error popped up, preventing posting with 0 value. This documentation will guide to change the error message to warning message, so the consignment stock could be cleared.
