Symptom

The GST number (DFKKBPTAXNUM-TAXNUMXL) is not fetched in the SAP21 FI Customer Invoice in the Create Correspondence app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

The current data source for the SAP21 FI Customer Invoice in the Create Correspondence app does not support fetching the GST number (DFKKBPTAXNUM-TAXNUMXL).

    Raise a feature request through the Customer Influence website if needed.
