Symptom

  • In EAM Bill of Material, the "cancel" button is not available before saving the Change Request (CR) at the approval step.
  • When the CR is at the first level of approval and data is updated, only the "save" button is enabled, and the "cancel" button is missing.
  • After saving the CR, the "cancel" button appears but is disabled.
