3658537 - Timeout error in 'Manage Cost Center Group' app in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Timeout error occurs when attempting to edit the new entries in Manage Cost Center Group app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Cost Center Group app
2. In cost center group input the group name and click on go
3. While trying to edit this hierarchy it is taking lot of time and getting time out error

 The large dataset being processed in the "Manage Cost Center Groups" app

• In order to resolve the timeout error SAP recommends migrating to the "Manage Global Hierarchies" app (F2918), which offers enhanced functionality and better performance for handling large datasets.
