3658543 - Incorrect status updates in equipment during mass change requests in sap S/4 HANA

Symptom

  • Incorrect statuses, such as Inactive (INAC) and Deletion Flag (DLFL), are being automatically updated in equipment during mass updates via Change Requests (CR) in the SAP S/4HANA system.
  • The issue occurs despite the absence of INAC and DLFL flags in the received IDOC.
  • The problem is observed in the ADC, while the MDG system does not exhibit this behaviour.
  • Failed bgRFC queue (/UGI3/EQUIPMENT_DATA) entries are observed in the ADC
