3658599 - Leading space seen in Business Role when consuming standard resuse library

GetAssignedBusinessRoles reuse function under IdentityUtilities library is returning a specific BuinessRole with a leading space. In UI Administration, there is no space visible and this role has been created prior to 2020.

A product gap prior to 2020 allowed business roles to be created with a space as the starting character. The character is stored in the database but is not visible in the UI, leading to issues when consumed by the PDI reuse function.

Role needs to be deleted and then recreated. If working in another tenant, refer to Transport Management Guide.
