In configuration node 103826: Insert Regions (Subnational Administration units), it is observed that the description for region XXX has changed from YYYYY to "Obsolete". Here XXX is the abbreviated version of the region (subnational administration unit) of YYYYY, e.g. NTH stands for Northamptonshire.

1. Open the app Manage Your Solution
2. Click on Configure Your Solution
3. Search for Configuration ID Item 500286
4. Select Configuration Activity ID 103826
5. Look for the XXX (abbreviated version of region (subnational administration unit)), e.g. NTH
6. In the Description column "Obsolete" can be found, instead of YYYYY, the name of a region (subnational administration unit), e.g. Northamptonshire

The pre-delivered content for the regions in SAP Business ByDesign and Cloud for Customer follows the standard ISO 3166-2 (deviations for some countries exist). Therefore, the content is updated, once the standard is updated by ISO and published with the next product release.
