Symptom
- Simulating the formula for scoring ZCREDIT_SCORE results in "not applicable" (N/A) values for Average Days Late (ADL) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) for business partners.
- The issue occurs despite configuring the scoring rule and adding parameters for ADL and DSO scoring.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Configure a scoring rule in the system and include parameters for ADL and DSO scoring.
- Open the app "Manage Formulas in Credit Management".
- Simulate the scoring rule for a business partner.
- Observe that the ADL and DSO values are displayed as "not applicable" (N/A).
Cause
- Credit segment 0000 must be assigned to the business partner for calculating the scoring.
Resolution
- Open the app "Manage Credit Accounts".
- Select the credit account for the relevant business partner.
- Click "Edit".
- Under the credit segment section, click "Create" and add the credit segment 0000.
- Save the changes.
- Open the app "Manage Formulas in Credit Management".
- Select the formula for calculating the scoring.
- Simulate the formula for the business partner to verify the scoring calculation.
