3658665 - Scoring rule simulation shows "not applicable" for ADL and DSO values in credit management (public cloud)

Symptom

  • Simulating the formula for scoring ZCREDIT_SCORE results in "not applicable" (N/A) values for Average Days Late (ADL) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) for business partners.
  • The issue occurs despite configuring the scoring rule and adding parameters for ADL and DSO scoring.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure a scoring rule in the system and include parameters for ADL and DSO scoring.
  2. Open the app "Manage Formulas in Credit Management".
  3. Simulate the scoring rule for a business partner.
  4. Observe that the ADL and DSO values are displayed as "not applicable" (N/A).

Cause

  • Credit segment 0000 must be assigned to the business partner for calculating the scoring.

Resolution

  1. Open the app "Manage Credit Accounts".
  2. Select the credit account for the relevant business partner.
  3. Click "Edit".
  4. Under the credit segment section, click "Create" and add the credit segment 0000.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Open the app "Manage Formulas in Credit Management".
  7. Select the formula for calculating the scoring.
  8. Simulate the formula for the business partner to verify the scoring calculation.
