3658667 - Application errors being received by Candidates when creating External Profiles

Intermittent issues where External Candidates are receiving error messages, when they attempt to create Profiles & apply to Job Reqs on the External Career Site.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. The Candidate navigates to the External Career Site
2. They attempt to create a Profile or apply to a Job Req with Quick Apply
3. They get the below error message;

This is a system defect.

Our Engineering found that a rate limit of one of our service controller was reached when candidates where trying to apply or create a profile within the career site.

As the solution we have drastically increase the rate limit of the impacted service controller.
