3658681 - Co-facilitator can't see Calibration Session

Symptom

Co-facilitator user is unable to see some Calibration Sessions in Calibration and Manage Calibration Sessions.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals 2505

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Edit an already created Calibration Session by adding a new co-facilitator to the list. (In Progress sessions will need to be deactivated, saved, validated again and reactivated.)
  2. Observe that the name of the user appears in the facilitators list in Manage Calibration Sessions.
  3. Login or proxy as the newly added user.
  4. Go to Calibration and see that the session doesn't appear in the list.
  5. Go to Manage Calibration Sessions and see that the session is not visible there either.

Cause

This issue is currently being investigated.

Workaround

Add the user as facilitator at the creation of the Calibration Session.
