Symptom
User menu, SAP Easy Access, and Business Workplace are not clickable for certain users on your SAP system initial screen (Known as session manager) despite the user has enough authorizations.
You can check the authorizations by going to SUIM transaction -> Roles -> Roles by Complex Selection Criteria -> By User Assignment. Compare the roles with an user who has access to the menu options.
