3658872 - ExternalLearnerPersonalInfo API Entity is retuning HTTP 400 error

Symptom

Customers will attempt to use this API entity to query data and might get some error depending on the call made.

Example:

This is not possible to preview the table "ExternalLearnerPersonalInfo" via integration center in SuccessFactors due to the error below. It happens to all users/admins regardless of their permissions.

[Error Code: 10]An error has occurred, please contact the system administrator.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to "Integrations Center" in the instance of the customer >
  2. Create a new integration with "ExternalLearnerPersonalInfo" entity.
