3658873 - Copying control for billing document CI01 to LR not available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The system does not allow the setup of copying control from billing document type CI01 to billing document type LR.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to create billing documents app.
  2. Try to create the billing document with copying control from type CI01 to LR.
  3. The system does not allow this configuration.

Cause

This is a missing functionality, the copying control for billing document CI01 to LR is currently unavailable in public cloud.

Resolution

To create invoices related to Invoice Lists, refer to the scope item BKZ - Sales Order Processing with Invoice List and Collective Billing.
