Symptom
- When an onboardee successfully completes Section 1 of the Form I-9 and the employer completes Section 2, the system is expected to automatically trigger the E-Verify case. However, in some instances the E-Verify process does not start, even though both Section 1 and Section 2 have been completed.
- This behavior is reported only for a few users, while for the majority of candidates the E-Verify case is created as expected.
