3658949 - A date error occurred while creating the outgoing invoice

The following error message is displayed: "Date error - Document date XXXX inconsistent with last signed date YYYY." when saving the outgoing invoices for Taiwan. 

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open the app Create Outgoing Invoices.
2. Fill out the mandatory fields.
3. Save the outgoing invoice and the following error message is displayed: "Date error - Document date XXXX inconsistent with last signed date YYYY.".

OffNumCntr is maintained as 'Generate Official Document Number with date control'.

In the configuration activity "Assign Document Class to Accounting Document Type and Tax Code" (ID:101929), you have options to generate official document numbers:

1. Generate Official Document Number with Date Control: Choose this option if you want the document numbers to have date consistency. This means that the system-generated document numbers will include date information, ensuring sorting and control based on dates.

2. Generate Official Document Number without Date Control: If you do not require date consistency, select this option, which may be suitable for situations where date sorting is not needed.

Select the appropriate setting based on your business needs to ensure that the document numbering system meets your management requirements.
