1. Create a preliminary billing document (PBD) from a sales order.
2. Attempt to send the output for the PBD.
3. Observe that the output remains stuck in the 'In Preparation' status.
4. Manually trigger the output using the 'Manage Output Items' app.

The output of the PBD always needs a trigger to issue the output. In the normal billing document usually the posting is the trigger and in the PBD the status finalize is the trigger.

Therefore, it can be verified by creating the PBDs with direct finalize then, the output should be triggered directly.
